A Female Business Development Officer’s for FOUR GUYS GROUP OF COMPANIES should be self-motivated individual who can build relationships, understand client needs, and present the company’s products and services effectively. Main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create strategies based on those opportunities in coordination with social media team to increase and exceed revenue targets set by the company. The BDO works closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts to boost revenue.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to boost sales targets
· Meet with potential investors / Clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals with them
· Identify or create client/prospect outreach development tools such as one-on-one meetings, seminars and speaking engagements, events, sponsorships, client alerts, newsletters, fact sheets and other direct client communications.
· Identify and approach potential corporate clients through networking, cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings
· Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools, WhatsApp Marketing tool to constantly follow-up with all potential clients
· Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
· collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
· Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms to build new database and prospects
· Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions that align with client requirements
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
· Understand client requirements, pain points, and goals to offer tailored solutions
· Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members and investors with facts and numbers with proposed solutions to increase sales
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system
