Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our team, supporting both our structural steel and fire safety businesses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across construction, fire safety, and MEP sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales within construction, steel structures, fire safety, or MEP industries
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market, particularly in building and infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM systems
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Ability to multitask and manage clients for both companies simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for steel fabrication and fire safety/MEP services
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to gather project requirements
  • Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals with internal departments (Estimation, Engineering)
  • Manage negotiations, close sales, and follow up on payment collections
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and handle key account management
  • Coordinate between client and project teams for a smooth handover and execution
  • Update CRM and prepare sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts regularly
  • Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and upcoming tenders in both sectors
  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events on behalf of both companies
