JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in freight forwarding
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain strong client relationships to understand logistics needs
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution
• Document all sales activities accurately in the CRM system
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall company revenue goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors/managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service in logistics/freight forwarding (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong interest in sales and international logistics
• Knowledge of Incoterms and air/sea freight documentation is an advantage
