Work Location - Tai Seng Salary Range - $4,000 to $6,000 per month Benefits - 0-20% Monthly Performance Related Pay - 2% Monthly Medical Allowance Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, and career fairs. - Manage the full sales process, including needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up. - Prepare client proposals, quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Requirements - At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development. - B2B sales experience preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Confident in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
