SALES EXECUTIVE – HOWDEN TOOLS & GARAGE EQUIPMENT LTD (CAVAN)

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Howden Tools & Garage Equipment Ltd, one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of garage equipment and tools since 1970. ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Executive, you will assist customers throughout the purchasing process and support daily retail and sales operations. This role combines technical knowledge with customer service to provide tailored solutions for clients’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and liaise with suppliers.
• Manage existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Process sales orders, quotes, and transactions.
• Recommend suitable products and upsell complementary items.
• Maintain product knowledge and monitor stock levels.
• Use CRM tools effectively and assist in trade shows or events.
• Research new product lines to enhance business offerings.
