Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our branch. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable furniture options, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for interior design.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
· A passion for furniture and interior design with a keen eye for style and aesthetics.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

· Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing them with information about available furniture pieces, features, and pricing.
· Understand customer requirements and preferences to effectively recommend furniture that meets their needs and style preferences.
· Maintain a detailed knowledge of the furniture products available in the showroom, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
· Guide customers through the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
· Negotiate prices and terms of sale to close transactions and maximize profitability.
· Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and organized to enhance the shopping experience.
· Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to high standards of professionalism and customer service.

· Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
