Description
Job purpose: To engage in direct fleet sales activities to maintain and grow vehicle sales with major accounts, in line with approved business plans, resulting in significant increases in gross profit. Key Job Responsibilities • Deliver fleet sales profit and volume targets to meet the approved annual budget commitments. • Develop strategies to expand SME, RAC, and Corporate sales, enhancing market penetration and customer reach across the UAE. • Build long-term business relationships with key territory accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning them with market offerings. • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective fleet customers, ensuring complete follow-up from inquiry, quotations, demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure. • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database for past and active fleet accounts to support sales planning and reporting. • Achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores consistent with Mazda standards and customer service expectations. • Implement industry best practices and analyze the fleet business, identifying strengths and development areas for continuous improvement. • Manage relationships with key accounts and VIP customers to ensure high retention and repeat business. • Gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of vehicles, competitor offerings, systems, and processes to support confident sales presentations and negotiations. • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall fleet sales targets. • Coordinate with branches and Head Office for efficient vehicle allocation and movement. • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to track performance against targets. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or special projects assigned by Management to support business objectives.. Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related commercial discipline. • Proven experience in B2B sales management across multiple locations, sales teams, and profit centers. • Excellent business relationship management and networking skills. • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of fleet operations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive problem-solving approach with strong decision-making ability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
