SALES EXECUTIVE – ETHICAL FOOD BRAND

Location: Cullompton, Devon (Office-Based)
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 OTE £65,000+ & excellent staff perks
We’re working on behalf of a purpose-led, ethically driven food brand based near Cullompton, Devon. With a national reputation for sustainability and high-quality produce, this growing business is now seeking a full-time Sales Executive to drive wholesale and retail growth across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who’s passionate about meaningful work and wants to be part of a brand with genuine values. You’ll be based in a friendly, collaborative office environment, with regular travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the business at key industry events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing a pipeline
  • A willingness to travel for meetings and events
  • A genuine passion for sustainable, ethical food and responsible business practices
  • Ideally, experience in the food & drink, hospitality, or retail sector
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with wholesale, retail, and concession clients
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across key customer sectors
  • Prepare and issue sales quotes, manage orders, and maintain client records in CRM
  • Represent the brand at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and customer journey
