Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As an integral part of Germaxco’s sales department, the Sales Executive is expected to be proactive and resourceful in gaining and retaining new customers in the fast-paced, logistics industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow up on sales leads and prospects, targeting to acquire these leads as new customers
  • Assist and support the Business Development team to run campaigns and trade shows
  • Monitor ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivables when the need arises
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and trends by conducting market research
  • Proactively providing feedback and suggestions for SOP improvements
  • Maintaining good rapport and relationships with existing and potential customers to build a business development pipeline
