Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We are looking for a confident, target-driven Sales Executive to contact learners after they have completed their course and convert conversations into CPD sales. This is not cold calling. You will be speaking to learners who already know our brand and have recently completed training. Your role is to congratulate them, understand their career goals, and recommend relevant CPD products that will expand their skill set and improve their employment prospects. This is an office-based role suited to someone who is comfortable on the phone, motivated by targets, and driven by commission. What you will be doing Contact learners who have completed courses but did not purchase CPD during delivery Congratulate learners on passing and build rapport quickly Identify learner needs and recommend appropriate CPD products to enhance their employability Follow a structured sales approach while adapting naturally to each conversation Handle objections and close sales confidently Accurately log calls, outcomes, and sales in the CRM Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Provide feedback to help improve scripts and sales approach What We are looking for? Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or phone-based sales Confident communicator with strong phone presence Comfortable working to targets and motivated by commission Organized, resilient, and consistent with follow-ups CRM or sales tracking experience preferred Professional, reliable, and able to work in an office environment This Role Is Not for You If You are uncomfortable making 60–80 calls per day You prefer inbound or reactive work over proactive outreach You are not motivated by hitting targets and earning commission How Success Is Measured • Conversion rate from calls to sales • Revenue generated from CPD sales •Call activity and follow-up consistency Expected Behaviors We're primarily non-hierarchical, allowing all our colleagues to take responsibility from day one.
