Company Description Tawazon India Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-oriented with a strong focus on closing deals Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Additional Information Good computer skills (MS Office) Knowledge of CRM software would be a plus Experience Requirements: Proven experience in sales.
