We are a market-leading conference and exhibition company looking for a proactive and enthusiastic sales-driven professional to join our Sales & Marketing department. If you have at least one year of office or call centre experience and a passion for building relationships, we want to hear from you!
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a goal-oriented, ambitious individual who is excited about earning uncapped commission. The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of one year’s experience in a sales-driven office or call centre environment.
2. A positive, professional, and passionate attitude.
3. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
4. GCSEs (B/6 or above) in English & Maths, plus a solid set of A Levels.
5. The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
6. A self-motivated and resilient mindset with a hunger for success.
7. A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing our business by selling delegate places for our high-quality industry events. You will:
✅ Sell delegate tickets to warm leads and proactively generate new leads.
✅ Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to pitching to closing.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with senior executives across multiple industries.
✅ Research new markets and industry trends to drive sales strategies.
✅ Write engaging emails and social media messages to attract potential attendees.
✅ Maximise earnings through upselling, cross-selling, and forward-selling opportunities.
✅ Oversee networking at events, ensuring an exceptional delegate experience.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to optimise lead generation and sales success.
