Innovize operates as an embedded marketing and sales function for our clients. We sit inside the business, understand what actually drives revenue, and build the systems that deliver it, from the first ad a customer sees through to the sale and the repeat purchase after it.

We are the only agency in Australia that builds and runs the campaigns and then picks up the phone to close the leads those campaigns create. We're a team built to bring in revenue and believe that marketing, sales, conversion and revenue have to work as one system.

In most businesses they sit in different teams or different companies. The agency reports on cost per lead, the sales team says the leads were poor, and nobody owns what happens in between. When one team owns the whole journey, every call tells the marketing team which ads and offers produced real customers, and every campaign is built on actual sales results. That is how we report to clients on revenue delivered, which is the number they care about.

Our client roster ranges from premium fintech and crypto to ecommerce, bridal and fashion, in-person retail, dental and professional services. We are a small, fast team that prides itself on delivering exceptional results for clients. We are building toward something significantly bigger, and this role is a foundational piece of it.

The Role: Sales Associate (two positions)

You will be one of the first two people in the Innovize sales team, calling and converting the leads our campaigns generate for clients. You will take a client's offer, learn the business behind it, and speak for that business on the phone with confidence. Your job runs from the first call to the closed sale, and on to the follow-up call months later that turns a customer into a repeat customer.

You will sit right next to the people running the ads and making the content. What you hear on calls will shape the next campaign, and you will see exactly how a creative idea becomes a lead and then becomes revenue. Very few people get to learn marketing and sales side by side. If you want a career that stays valuable as AI changes how both are done, this is the place to build it.
