QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good understanding of Mechanical Engineering or have the willingness to learn
  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ levels or relevant diploma
  • At least 5 years sales experience in B2B environment with good sales track records. Experience in environmental/ waste/ food industry will be highly regarded but not a hard requirement
  • With own transport will be added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement a sales and business plan to achieve business objectives for all solutions/ products of the company
  • Drive sales, monitor, track and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met
  • Identify, develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness; retain existing customers and generate further sales; and add new customers to increase the company’s market share
  • Originate, prepare proposals/ quotation/ pitches, negotiate, and close sales in a timely fashion
  • Establish and maintain excellent rapport with business associates, e.g. various stakeholders, internal and external colleagues
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives with a view to increase revenue and profitability
  • Systemise tracking of equipment service schedules, targeting customers and proactively developing service related parts sales
