Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Revelstoke, BC
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary/Wages: Around $40,000 annually plus up to $40,000 in commissions, plus benefits.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth. This role involves generating new leads, delivering compelling presentations, and closing sales, while working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 5 years of experience in homebuilding or construction.
  • Proven success in inbound and outbound B2C sales.
  • Skilled in cold calling and delivering virtual/in-person sales presentations.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Formal sales training (academic or professional).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills plus a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in marketing (e.g., campaigns, trade shows, webinars).
  • Social media experience in sales.
  • Leadership experience (hiring, training, mentoring).
  • Background in construction, building science, or related fields.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and acquire new customers.
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Provide professional, tailored product presentations to potential clients.
  • Work with clients and design teams to define project scopes.
  • Align sales efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed sales activity and client records using CRM (HubSpot).
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership.
  • Keep updated on product offerings and industry trends.
  • Support other duties as assigned by the CEO.
    Monitor RFPs related to services such as buy and sell Canada, Merx, BCBid.
    Gather information on competitor offerings and pricing.
