QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in packaging, printing, or F&B-related industries in UAE.
  • Strong network and connections within the F&B sector (coffee shops, restaurants).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and developing business with coffee shops, restaurants, and other F&B outlets that require branded packaging and marketing solutions. This role is performance-driven with strong earning potential through commission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the F&B sector (coffee shops, restaurants, cloud kitchens, bakeries, etc.).
  • Present and promote Green Agile’s eco-friendly packaging and branding solutions to decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized product branding solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Work closely with the design & production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.
