Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive, Group & Events to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for driving group sales and event bookings, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Proactively identify and pursue new group and event sales opportunities in the local and international markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure group bookings and events Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of group reservations and events Conduct site inspections and property tours for potential clients Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences Qualifications Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry Experience in managing group bookings and coordinating events Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office programs Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry Understanding of group travel dynamics and event planning processes Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
