As a Sales Executive in our Group Sales team, you will be primarily in a back of house office-based role within our Sales & Marketing department, with the occasional in-person meeting with organisers and tour operators. The successful candidate will be specialising in selling to bowling clubs for indoor, outdoor and short mat tours, and must be a customer service superstar with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Actively promoting TLH Leisure Resort to specialist groups, specifically Bowling tour operators
  • Research and identify new connections, and be confident to initiate contact
  • Develop on-going relationships with organisers and operators from initial contact through to arrival at TLH Leisure Resort
  • Securing commitment & sales for group bookings, achieving personal sales targets and group sales budgets
  • Meeting group organisers when requested, so full UK driving licence is an advantage
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of the additional services/products available
  • Strong administration and computer skills with a proven track record of using Microsoft Office is essential
