With a strong reputation for service excellence, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our market presence.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth. This is a pure new sales role, focused on acquiring new clients rather than managing existing accounts. This role can be either full-time or part-time, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking for flexibility while earning through commission. You will work closely with the commercial team to identify key markets, develop sales strategies, and secure new business.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and engage potential clients within the construction, film, and utilities sectors.
· Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
· Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
· Organise site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and present solutions.
· Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
Key Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in a new business sales or business development role, preferably in the construction, hire, or related industry.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· A proactive approach to lead generation and business development.
· Full UK driving licence preferred.
Benefits
· £25-27,000 base salary (pro-rata for part-time) with uncapped commission on new client wins.
