As a Sales Executive, you will partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. You will implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and supports our other sales professionals. You will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion:
  • Manage and convert inbound sales inquiries by clearly communicating GuestReady’s unique selling points and the benefits of our property management services for short-term and mid-term rentals.
  • Educate potential clients, build trust using success stories, and negotiate terms and contracts.
  • Maintain an efficient sales pipeline and keep CRM updated.
  • Market Knowledge & Client Education:
  • Stay informed on local regulations surrounding the rental market and continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
  • Leverage your understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including key areas, pricing trends, and demand dynamics, to advise property owners on maximizing rental income.
  • Identify high-value properties (apartments, villas, penthouses, buildings) in key and thriving neighborhoods, focusing on prime locations for short-term and mid-term rentals.
  • Partnerships, Networking & Lead Generation:
  • Raise awareness about GuestReady by attending industry networking events, trade shows, and related real estate or travel conferences.

o Utilize your personal and professional network to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, agents, and affiliates and generate leads

  • Collaborate with influential personalities in the real estate and travel sectors to expand reach and credibility, driving more leads to GuestReady.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by addressing offering tailored property management solutions
  • Referral Programs & Promotions:
  • Work with the Head of Sales to develop and promote referral and kickback programs that encourage current clients and partners to refer new property owners to GuestReady.
  • Offer incentives for successful referrals to drive new business.
  • Work with the team to plan and execute limited-time promotions that can attract new clients, especially during low seasons.
