Position: Sales Executive - Car Dealership (Including Photography, Vehicle Preparation, and Sales Leads)

We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Sales Executive to join our esteemed car dealership in Ruislip. Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in promoting and selling our range of vehicles by providing exceptional customer service and support. Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about our cars to guide them through the sales process.
2. Vehicle Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of our vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate representation of their features and condition. Apply photography techniques to present the vehicles in an appealing and enticing manner, adhering to established photography guidelines.
3. Vehicle Preparation: Assist in preparing vehicles for display and test drives. This includes cleaning, inspecting, and ensuring that vehicles are in top condition to impress potential buyers. Collaborate with the service and detailing teams to address any maintenance or cosmetic requirements.
4. Sales Lead Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on sales leads, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries from various sources. Ensure timely response and effective communication to nurture leads and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
5. Online Presence: Contribute to the maintenance of our online platforms, including uploading vehicle photos, descriptions, and pricing details to our website and third-party platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize listings and enhance the online presence of our dealership.
6. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone. Assist them with inquiries, schedule test drives, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.
7. Sales Administration: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documentation, maintaining customer records, and coordinating vehicle deliveries. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and support the sales team effectively.
- Basic photography skills, including the ability to capture appealing and accurate images of vehicles.
- Familiarity with photo editing software and the ability to enhance images to optimize visual appeal.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage vehicle preparation tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software tools and systems.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in cars.
- A valid driver’s license.
