Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution of our products within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily van-based sales operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and expanding our presence in the HORECA channel through effective route planning, customer service, and sales execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in van sales or field sales, preferably in the HORECA or FMCG industry in the UAE.
  • Strong existing network in the HORECA segment is a plus.
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Licenses:
  • Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE geography and HORECA channels.
  • Strong communication in English; Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to use mobile sales applications or handheld devices.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories through effective van sales operations.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize market penetration.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HORECA customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, deliveries, and after-sales service.
  • Route Planning & Coverage:
  • Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure maximum territory coverage and efficiency.
  • Visit existing clients regularly and identify new opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Product Delivery & Merchandising:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products as per order and route plan.
  • Merchandising of products at client locations in line with brand visibility standards.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Submit daily sales reports, van inventory records, and customer feedback.
  • Inventory & Cash Management:
  • Maintain accurate van stock and handle collections in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure reconciliation of cash and stock at the end of each day.
