SALES EXECUTIVE HEAVY CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

Employment Type : Permanent Full-Time
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
Basic Salary Range : SGD 2,500 2,900
Transport Allowance : Provided for candidates with own vehicles

REQUIREMENTS

1 Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2 Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience with a track record of successful sales performance.
3 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4 Solid understanding of construction equipment applications in piling, foundation, and infrastructure works.
5 Self-driven, independent, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
6 Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license. Candidates with own vehicle will have an added advantage

Responsibilities

1 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for heavy machinery products (e.g., vibratory hammers, piling rigs, excavators, cranes).
2 Conduct regular site inspections and customer visits, which involves outdoor environments and physically demanding conditions, to better understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
3 Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
4 Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
5 Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal submission, and closing deals.
6 Conduct sales presentations, draft proposals, prepare sales agreements, and negotiate contract terms.
7 Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
