QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
Track record in handling both reactive and proactive sales activities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage).

Responsibilities

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

The Sales Executive will support the hotel’s revenue growth by managing the reactive sales pipeline and nurturing a portfolio of key accounts, while actively assisting the Sales Manager’s efforts to drive proactive business development.
This role will also play a valuable part in the marketing process, helping to brief in hotel-specific needs and establishing a strong working relationship with the Group Marketing Team to ensure effective, on-brand promotional support.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded, and confident in balancing a fast-moving workload with strategic input.
