SALES EXECUTIVE

Combine your passion for hospitality & sales as a Sales Executive at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our hotel services. REVENUE:

• Seeking conference, corporate and group business ensuring full communication with the sales manager to convert into business.
• To conduct pro-active sales activities.
• To be fully aware of the physical product as well as additional sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
• To always understand the department’s financial requirements.

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

• Provide guests with information (e.g. loyalty programmes, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.
• Interact with guests and build account profile.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food and beverage sales and catering/banqueting services.
• Assist with conventions and/or business group activities at the hotel and coordinate with other hotel level departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the Sales Office and prospective clients.
