KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Business Development & Revenue Generation * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel agencies, and group segments. * Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. 2. Account Management * Monitor and manage key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction. * Maintain a detailed client database and update CRM systems regularly. * Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for clients. 3. Market Research & Strategy Implementation * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities. * Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies in line with hotel objectives. 4. Revenue & Reporting * Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Sales Manager. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts. * Participate in budget planning and revenue strategies. 5. Collaboration & Representation * Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel. * Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities. * Represent Holiday Inn Express professionally to all clients and external stakeholders.
