We welcome passionate hospitality professionals who are committed to teamwork, service excellence, and Nepali hospitality values.   As a Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Department in developing and executing revenue-generating sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. You’ll actively participate in selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and food & beverage services through direct client interactions. Your role will also include supporting the team and ensuring that performance targets are met.   A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:   * Assist in managing daily sales activities, track team performance, and support achievement of revenue goals. * Work with team members, stay in support to ensure compliance with brand standards and effective service delivery. * Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supporting event and group bookings while identifying upselling opportunities. * Support sales and marketing strategies, monitor competitor activity, contribute to local community engagement, and participate in sustainability initiatives. * Assist in preparing sales forecasts, analyzing performance trends, contributing to budget planning, and reporting client and sales data accurately.   What We need from you:   * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales. * Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus. * Confidence, initiative, and a team-first mindset.   What you can expect from us:  We give our people everything they need to succeed.
