EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Must have 6-8 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry in Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record in sales within the HORECA industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience in selling beverages, smoothies or related products is a plus
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Executive for Abu Dhabi to develop and manage client relationships within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
    The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, a solid understanding of the HORECA industry, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new clients within the HORECA industry (hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses) through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement to understand and fulfill their business needs.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features to drive interest and sales.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Collaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure the timely delivery of products, resolve client issues, and offer post-sales support.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and insights into market trends for review by the Department Head.
  • Must have Experience in selling Beverages, Beverage Solutions, and Ice Cream for front-of-house, customer-facing roles in Hotels, Cafes, Restaurants, and Catering businesses is highly desirable.
