Support and conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function assisting building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of Hotel Sales & revenue targets. Work with Sales Manager and help implement the Hotel sales plan addressing revenue, guests’ needs and the market. Analyse market information by using sales systems and create relevant reports and information dashboards. Review sales and catering guest satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement. work closely with the Revenue Department to ensure accurate, timely and complete information. Assist the Senior Sales Manager in preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing plans, quarterly updates and the annual Budget. Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their stay/event. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Attend customer events, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build or develop key relationships customers. Regularly research of local press and internet in order to identify new sales leads. Entertain clients at the hotel to build up strong business relations with them and to convert relation into more business materialization. Conduct formal Hotel show arounds for prospective new accounts. Prepare documents for RFP processes to secure new business in the Hotel. Track Guest feedback and assist operational departments to come up with innovative solutions to resolve any Guest issues.
