House of Flags Ltd, started in 1977 and is now one of the UK’s largest suppliers of large format print and visually effective promotional display solutions.
Working with a wide range of clients from blue chip companies and brands to small businesses. We offer our clients a full range of products and services from design, manufacture through to installation.
Due to an increase in demand and further investment in our production departments we are looking to recruit a dynamic track proven Sales Executive, to work within the head office sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and the ability to communicate effectively we want to hear from you.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable (but full training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A keen understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
