Full job description
Uncapped commission | OTE £70,000–£300,000+ | Tax-free earnings
Full relocation support, visa sponsorship, Emirates ID & healthcare
House of Orange is one of Dubai's fastest-growing multi-market real estate brokerages. We're looking for driven sales professionals ready to relocate to Dubai and build a real career in one of the world's most exciting property markets.
We're not the biggest brokerage in Dubai. We're one of the most deliberate. Multi-nationality by design, founder-led, and built for people who want more than a desk in a giant office where nobody knows their name.
What House of Orange offer's that most Dubai brokerages don't.
- Direct founder access from day one. Small team, real accountability, no middle management layer between you and the person running the business.
- A multi-nationality floor. We actively serve Chinese, Levantine, Spanish, Filipino, Dutch, Hebrew, and English-speaking clients. If you speak a second language, it's a strategic asset here, not a footnote.
- Genuine platform investment. Dedicated media team producing personal brand content for our consultants. Not just company posts — your personal brand, professionally produced.
- Commission structure that scales fast. Clear tiers from 50% up to 70% based on monthly production. Monthly reset. Fully transparent.
- Real progression. Sales Consultant Senior Consultant Principal Associate Director. Documented, not political.
The lifestyle offer.
- Tax-free earnings. OTE £70,000–£30,000+ for consistent performers. Top producers earn more.
- Dubai lifestyle. Sun 300+ days a year, world-class infrastructure, safe, English-speaking, and connected to everywhere.
- Full relocation package. Visa sponsorship, Emirates ID, healthcare, RERA license fees, airport pickup, first-month accommodation guidance.
- Cost of living lower than London or most Western capitals — tax-free means what you earn is what you keep.
Who we're hiring.
- Sales experience required — any industry. B2B sales, luxury retail, private banking, car sales, hospitality, recruitment — if you've closed deals and hit targets, we want to talk.
- UK, European, or Commonwealth candidates preferred — we've had strong success with candidates transferring from these markets into Dubai property.
- Financially motivated. Real estate rewards drive. If you're comfortable at a fixed salary, this isn't the right move.
- Ready to commit to Dubai for minimum 24 months. Relocating for 6 months and going home doesn't work for you or us.
- Coachable and hungry to learn. Dubai real estate has specific dynamics — communities, developers, DLD process, RERA compliance. You'll learn them fast if you're open.
- Comfortable with the reality of commission-based earnings. First 3-6 months are the ramp period. Base salary supports you through it, but the big earnings come after you're producing.
Who this is NOT for.
- People who want guaranteed high income from day one. Real estate rewards production.
- People looking for a lifestyle move without the work ethic. Dubai is beautiful and it also demands serious effort.
- People who plan to try it for 6 months and go home if it's hard. We invest in you — we need the commitment back.
- People who want to be one of 500 anonymous agents. That's a different type of brokerage.
The realistic first 12 months.
- Months 1-2: Relocation, RERA card, training, shadowing, first client meetings.
- Months 3-6: Ramp period. Base salary + first deals coming through. Target: first closed deal by month 4.
- Months 6-12: Producing consistently. Building your personal client pipeline. Growing your commission tier.
- Year 2: Established producer. Potential for team leadership pathway or personal brand growth.
We're honest about the ramp. It's not overnight. But for the right person, the trajectory from month 6 onwards is real.
