Description
The following is a detailed, but not exhaustive, listing of the hands-on tasks you will undertake in the role: Account Servicing To manage and establish strong business relationships with key accounts (existing and new) and handling all aspects of client relationship including providing quality services and delivery in areas of support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via regular follow up through telephone calls and emails • Achieving agreed sales targets; negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries; provide accurate and rapid cost calculations to clients; advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions; challenging any objections with a view to getting the client to buy Business Development To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating customers' businesses and requirements; researching and analyzing sales options; sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions • Building and managing sales pipeline; conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs; and deliver appropriate presentations/sales proposals and quotations • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through client outreach activities (e.g. cold calling and canvassing, networking and social media), and arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business • Support the development of new engagement opportunities and work closely with the supporting departments to propose feasible and cost effective solution • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors Reporting Fulfil the reporting requests • Timely submission of sales reports and market/client analyses • Visitation & campaign management with Salesforce • Feeding future buying trends & market intelligence back to company Others • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending product workshops • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues Qualifications: Education: Diploma in any related field (GCE “O” Level will be considered for candidates with relevant experience). Experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with proven track records and passion for sales Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint Experiences in using CRM & data analytics tools Knowledge and hard skills Integrity to do the right thing Ability to adapt and change Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability and desire to sell Strong relationship management Positive, confident and determined approach Ability to prioritize Good written and communication Result orientated team player Ability to work independently and as part of a team Embrace & respect individual differences & build productive relationship with team members Language Skills: Proficiency in the English and Chinese language is required as the role involves communicating with Chinese speaking clients/customers
