What you will do The Sales Executive – District Cooling & Data Centers will be directly reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, GCC. You will be based in Dubai, driving the growth of Large Tonnage Water Cooled Chillers, Vapor Absorption Chillers, and Modular Packaged Plant Business. You will identify new sales opportunities, and enhance relations with Customers, Contracts, Consultants and Developers to deliver sales targets in order to increase our market share in GCC. You will work with the industry leading technical and sales team in the region who will continuously challenge you in your journey to deliver the objectives of our GCC applied business. The energetic atmosphere in the team will provide a platform for you to use your industry knowledge of Applied Equipment and business relations in UAE to deliver our business objectives for our GCC region. How you will do it As a Sales Executive, in-depth knowledge of the Chilled Water Systems, its components and integrated operation will be a critical quality expected by you, useful to generate opportunities and convert them to successful orders. Your work will entail working with MEP consultants and End Users to highlight the salient features of our products and solutions. You will work with the technical and estimation teams to prepare detailed techno-commercial offers for your customers, involve in detailed discussions with the MEP Contractors project teams to ensure that your proposal is most suited for the project. Continuous follow-up, with detailed updates on sales management platforms provided at JCI will help you in being successful and increasing market share for JCI. Your active spirit, drive to seek and develop new business and long term customer relationships, self-motivation to enjoy the challenge of working independently will help to drive your territory growth. You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills. What we look for Required Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales focused on water cooled chillers and/or chilled water systems in the UAE market. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC system Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to communicate complex business ideas. Independent, innovative, strategic-thinking, and able to work under pressure.
