The business is run from a new purpose-built HQ in Liverpool with regional offices in London and Belfast. Most staff work remotely as customer site-based operational teams supported by the Central Management, Finance and Administration teams.

We are market leaders in our field and have experienced exceptional growth and are looking for an ambitious sales orientated individual. The role will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and working towards sales targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to cover our Midlands region, responsible for Fire Compliance, ventilation and air conditioning projects from start to handover with the support of a Contracts and Operations team.
You will be tasked with quoting and securing works to a targeted structure and securing business to meet quarterly targets on volume and gross profit. You will manage contract manager/s who will in turn deliver and manage project plans and any sub-contractors allocated to your works, this will include adequate H&S documentation via our bespoke CRM platform.
