JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a driven and articulate Sales Executive to promote our suite of certification programs to clinics/hospitals, airlines, freight forwarders, and industrial hazardous goods handlers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance-driven industries and a passion for building strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth and client acquisition across the UAE market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in healthcare, aviation, logistics, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote the institute’s training programs.
  • Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our training courses.
  • Co-ordinate with team members /customers on scheduling classes and relevant documentation for such classes including communication with authorities involved.
  • Create batch dockets for complete sessions.
  • Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Coordinate and execute events and webinars to engage prospects and customers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination, preferably in the training or education sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English – written/verbal
  • Ability to complete the predefined documentation process for scheduled classes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with multiple stakeholders for smooth conduct of classes.
