ImmersiveAV Expo are a market leading Audio Visual company based in Telford, UK. They are currently looking for a new Sales Executive to join their team. This individual will be required to to cold call businesses in order to drum up new business.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in the exhibition industry.
  • Ability to generate own leads, provide quotes and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Salespeople to join our team and are interested in speaking to anyone that has previous experience working in sales within the events industry. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join our growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s offerings both on-site and off-site.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
