A motivated and results-driven Sales Executive is needed to join a fast-growing EdTech company, Pass, based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire on a full-time basis.
This is a soft sales role with an uncapped commission structure, offering the potential to earn over £40,000 in the first year, with top performers exceeding this amount.
The key to success in this role is exceptional product knowledge and a genuine desire to help learners. Pass does not engage in cold calling-all leads are warm, consisting of individuals who have expressed interest in their courses and require guidance to move forward.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with qualified leads via phone, live chat, and email follow-ups to provide support and convert enquiries into sales
  • Make 100-150 calls per day, speaking to approximately 50 learners for around 4-5 hours of your shift
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a professional and consultative approach
  • Manage and schedule follow-ups efficiently, as conversion times can range from 24 hours to several weeks
  • Work towards individual and team bonuses, contributing to the overall success of the sales team
