Key Responsibilities

✓ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

✓ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

✓ Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service

✓ Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product/solution recommendations

✓ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals

✓ Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and after-sales) for smooth execution

✓ Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

✓ Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, equipment, or jewellery-related sectors

✓ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written)

✓ Male candidates preferred due to nature of fieldwork and travel

✓ Bachelor's degree in any discipline

✓ Prior technical sales experience or understanding of industrial machinery is a plus

✓ MENA/GCC sales exposure is an added advantage

✓ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

✓ Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently or within a team
