About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to develop business and manage client relationships for two service brands: StoryLab, which offers creative and digital marketing services, and Swifty, which provides call center and customer support solutions.

The ideal candidate can identify opportunities for both brands, understand each client’s needs, and turn conversations into long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Find and approach prospective business clients for StoryLab and Swifty.
• Present the relevant services of each brand and recommend solutions based on client needs.
• Arrange meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Coordinate with the respective teams to ensure a smooth handover and delivery.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, proposals, and results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of business sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience selling digital marketing, creative agency, call center, outsourcing, or related services.
• A proven record of finding new clients and closing deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage opportunities across two different service offerings.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
