Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across serviced offices, coworking spaces and virtual office solutions
• Engage prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend the right workspace fit
• Lead client meetings, office tours, and product presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle inquiry, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build lasting client relationships that support retention and growth
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity logs
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Support sales reporting and data management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Strong written and verbal English; additional languages a plus
• Confident presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client interactions at once
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• 1–2 years' experience in sales, business development, real estate, or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
