Sales Executive

Company: Zayko Hotel Supplies LLC

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Employment Type: Full-time

About ZAYKO

ZAYKO HOTEL SUPPLIES L.L.C. is a Dubai-based hotel supplies company serving hospitality, restaurant and project customers across the UAE and the wider Middle East. We provide a broad range of hotel, foodservice and operational products, including solutions for customer-specific requirements.

About the Role

Zayko Hotel Supplies LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of hospitality procurement, the ability to match products to client requirements, and a proven record of converting enquiries into long-term accounts. This is a field-based role suited to a commercially astute, proactive professional who is confident in negotiation and motivated to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Business Development

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new prospects, upcoming hotel openings, renovation projects and procurement cycles across the UAE hospitality sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality groups, catering companies and hospitality projects.
  • Build and maintain a targeted prospect database to drive proactive outreach, rather than relying solely on inbound enquiries.
  • Conduct regular client visits and face-to-face meetings to understand upcoming requirements and purchasing plans.
  • Identify opportunities for annual supply agreements, recurring orders and project-based business.

Quotation and Sourcing

  • Prepare accurate, commercially viable quotations based on cost, margin, quantity, availability, lead time and delivery requirements.
  • Obtain supplier pricing, availability and lead times, and compare sourcing options where required.
  • Ensure all quotations clearly state specifications, delivery terms, validity period, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, revisions and client communications.

Negotiation and Order Conversion

  • Follow up on quotations systematically and identify the reasons for delayed or lost orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, delivery schedules and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
  • Exercise sound commercial judgement in protecting margin while applying flexibility where necessary to secure strategic business.
  • Convert one-time customers into long-term accounts through strong service and relationship management.

Pipeline Management and Reporting

  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline covering enquiries, quotations, negotiations, confirmed orders and pending opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, including forecasted business, delayed opportunities, lost enquiries and reasons for non-conversion.
  • Maintain accurate customer and quotation records in the CRM/ERP or other company-approved systems.

Market Intelligence

  • Research and benchmark competitor pricing, product ranges, supplier offerings and service levels to keep the company's offering competitive.
  • Monitor changes in hotel purchasing preferences, product specifications and market demand, including emerging product categories and sustainability trends.
  • Share relevant market insights and research findings with management, including pricing pressure, competitor activity and new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hotel supplies, hospitality procurement, F&B supplies, catering supplies, trading or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn market information into actionable leads.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage enquiries independently from first contact to order confirmation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the UAE market.
  • Established relationships with hotels, hospitality groups, restaurants or procurement professionals.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary starting from AED 4,000 per month, based on experience and skills
  • Sales commission on achieved targets
  • UAE employment visa provided
