Full job description

Sales Executive – Healthcare Software (Field & Office Sales)

Location: London / Knightsbridge (field-based with office days) Job type: Full-time, permanent Salary: £27,000–36,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000–70,000)

About Callendoc

Callendoc is a cloud-based practice management system built for private clinics. Appointments, patient records, clinical notes, invoicing, reporting and much more, all in one place. The product is already in use across a number of countries worldwide, and we are now bringing it to the UK market.

This is a genuinely early role. You will be one of the first commercial hires here, selling into a market we are opening rather than one we already own. That means real ownership, direct access to the founders, and the chance to shape how we sell before anyone decides it for you.

The role

You will sell Callendoc to private practices and clinics across the UK. The system is specialty-independent and works for every discipline.

The work is a mix of field and office. Some days you will be visiting clinics in person, giving demos, dropping in with your card and building relationships with practice managers and clinic owners. Other days you will be at your desk working inbound enquiries, following up leads and running online demos.

What you'll be doing

  • Approaching private clinics directly and generating your own leads, in person, by phone and by email
  • Following up enquiries from our website, our campaigns and referrals
  • Running product demonstrations tailored to each clinic's specialty, in person and online
  • Understanding what a clinic actually needs and showing where Callendoc fits
  • Preparing quotes, negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Onboarding new customers alongside our support team so the handover is clean
  • Feeding customer feedback back to the product team: what clinics ask for, where they struggle, and what we are missing. This part of the job matters to us and it will shape the product roadmap
  • Keeping your pipeline and activity accurate in our CRM

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a field sales role
  • Comfortable generating your own business: cold approaches, cold calls and building a pipeline from nothing
  • Able to run a demo and answer questions confidently without a technical colleague in the room
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confident with CRM systems and everyday business software
  • Organised enough to manage field visits and office work in the same diary
  • Right to work in the UK

Helpful, but not essential

  • Experience selling to healthcare, dental or aesthetic clinics
  • Familiarity with practice management software, patient record systems or medical software
  • Understanding of how private clinics operate commercially

If you have not worked in healthcare before but you can sell and you are willing to learn the sector properly, we would still like to hear from you.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission paid directly on what you close
  • A clear, transparent commission structure
  • Travel expenses covered for field work
  • Full product training and ongoing support
  • Direct access to the founders and to the product team
  • Genuine progression: as the UK operation grows, this role grows with it
