REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven ability, ideally in truck sales, to follow established sales processes while building strong relationships.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with Pentana, Era, and Dealer Socket systems and automotive experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and good PC skills.
  • HR license or willingness to obtain a heavy vehicle license is essential.
  • A genuine interest in understanding client needs and fostering relationships.
  • Competitive spirit combined with reliability, honesty, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will focus on building and nurturing long-term customer relationships in the retail truck sales sector. You will take on significant responsibilities to establish trust and rapport with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers, generating interest and following up on inquiries.
  • Understand individual customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their purchasing experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our truck offerings and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Drive retail sales initiatives, upsell products and services, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Accurately maintain customer data and sales history in our software system for effective tracking.
  • Oversee the truck delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers taking ownership of their new vehicles.
  • Provide ongoing post-delivery assistance to address customer concerns, fostering loyalty.
  • Uphold our dealership’s core values in all interactions, creating a positive environment for customers and team members.
