We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of customer service and account management, with a strong focus on building, managing, and growing customer relationships. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, inside sales, or account management who wants to take the next step in a dynamic and global business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipelines using CRM tools (ideally Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
