Job Description This role is based in our China Hotel office. Role Overview We are looking for an international/outbound sales professional to join our dynamic and growing Guangzhou office to drive our growth as a global leading event organizer. You will be in charge of existing account management and developing new accounts in leather, fashion, cosmetics or jewelry sectors, and maintain strategic relationships with global and regional industry leaders and innovators. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Revenue Generation Achieve assigned sales targets Capable of independently creating personalized sales proposals for key accounts Progressively increase the proportion of sponsorship products annually Collaborate with the line manager to ensure the successful execution of overall project objectives Market Development & Customer Acquisition Explore new sales channels and proactively target head clients in new categories Understand industry status, market trends, key customer resources, and their distribution Customer Data Management & Service Collect and organize customer information, providing excellent customer service Build a high-quality exhibitor database; maintain customer data properly and manage statistics effectively Project Coordination & Communication Understand and familiarize yourself with the workflow of overseas exhibition projects Communicate and coordinate project progress with various overseas teams within the group Liaise and communicate project requirements with external partners of various projects Qualifications Educational & Language Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Professional Experience More than 2 years' of relevant sales experience Core Competencies & Skills Possess strong coordination, communication skills, and techniques Possess a strong team spirit and service orientation Work Adaptability & Travel Requirements Able to work under pressure Adaptable to independent domestic and international business trips Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
