Joining an award-winning global leader in mobile technology and integration, you will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and confidently engaging senior decision-makers. You’ll collaborate closely with Growth Directors and Marketing to align outreach with strategic campaigns, acting as a trusted first point of contact for prospective clients as Apadmi continues its international growth.
We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join Apadmi and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across a range of industries throughout Europe, particularly the Benelux region. Working from our Amsterdam office, you will build a strong sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement. This is a role for someone who thrives on prospecting, enjoys picking up the phone, and is energised by creating opportunities where others see dead ends.
What you’ll be working on
In this outbound sales development role, you will research, identify, and prospect into target accounts across your dedicated markets. You will own your pipeline of activity using modern sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft to consistently generate qualified meetings. By testing and refining your approach, you will drive new business pipeline while representing Apadmi at industry events and exceeding activity targets.
- Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts using tailored, multi-channel outbound campaigns.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders through proactive cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach techniques.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities that directly contribute to Apadmi’s strategic new business pipeline.
- Focus on driving outbound growth across a range of sectors all over the world.
- Manage a consistent, disciplined pipeline of activity using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
- Collaborate with Growth Directors and Marketing to align messaging with strategic campaigns and account lists.
- Represent Apadmi at relevant industry events to connect with decision-makers and build brand awareness.
- Continuously test, refine, and optimise your outreach techniques to hit and exceed pipeline targets.
What you’ll bring to the team
You are a resilient, self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and account generation. You are confident picking up the phone, engaging senior stakeholders, and navigating complex corporate structures. Curious and coachable, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the organisation and persistence needed to turn cold prospects into high-value sales opportunities.
- Proven experience as a BDE or SDR with a history of generating qualified outbound meetings.
- Highly confident making cold calls and engaging senior decision-makers across target organisations.
- Experience working towards and exceeding activity, meeting, and pipeline creation KPIs.
- Experience selling into or prospecting within the Retail, Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors is advantageous.
- Practical experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft).
- Exceptionally persistent, comfortable handling rejection, and motivated to create opportunities.
- Excellent time management skills with the discipline to manage high-volume activity effectively.
- Driven by continuous personal development, eagerness to learn, and adapting to evolving business priorities.

- Job ResponsibilitiesUndertake the country SI (Sales Index) and ST (Sales Target) goals, and be responsible for formulating and achieving agent and sales target plans; take charge of agent selection and management, as well as the design of channel pricing systems and rebates. Responsible for product categories including lawn mowers, pool robots and other new product lines.
- Conduct channel planning and communication for new product launches, and perform end-to-end monitoring and management of country distributor orders and delivery of goods to stores; formulate country channel structure and strategy design, and define the responsibilities and sales models of country distributors.
- Be responsible for the overall PSI (Product Sales Inventory) management, sales forecasting, and DOS (Days of Supply) monitoring of agents and channels; develop customer tiering and grading systems and processes, and manage customer promotion and demotion.
- Responsible for the application, review, and management of country channel budgets; serve as the country channel internal control leader, identify channel internal control risks; formulate standards for joint marketing, rebates, price protection, temporary incentive verification, and settlement.
- Job QualificationExcellent English communication skills with fluent communication ability; possess sales aptitude, self-motivation, and strong learning ability. Bachelor’s degree or above preferred

- Have good team collaboration skills; candidates with 3-5 years of 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) related experience are preferred, and those with channel relationships with retailer of physical products (Elkjøp, Power, etc.) are given priority

- Presentation skills: Confident in delivering pitches and proposals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel when needed.
- Proficiency in Spanish is considered an added value for this role
