JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Consultant with a strong background in sales to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving revenue growth, advising clients on optimal business setup solutions, and managing the end-to-end incorporation process. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, capable of handling multiple client portfolios while maintaining high service standards and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales, business consulting, or company formation services, preferably in a GCC or international context.
  • Solid understanding of business licensing procedures and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
  • Customer-first mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Generate and convert leads, manage client acquisition, and oversee the complete business setup and licensing process.
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on business structures, suitable jurisdiction/zones, and licensing options tailored to their industry and goals.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop referral channels to expand the client base.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalized guidance through the formation journey.
  • Government Liaison: Prepare and manage documentation; coordinate with relevant government bodies to facilitate approvals and compliance.
  • Business Planning: Assist clients in drafting business plans, defining shareholder roles, and outlining company structures.
  • Banking & Infrastructure Setup: Support clients in opening business bank accounts and selecting suitable office or warehousing spaces.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, addressing inquiries and resolving issues proactively.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to guarantee smooth, timely delivery of services.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client progress, and CRM updates for accurate forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Renewal Management: Handle license renewals and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on relevant business laws, licensing changes, and regulatory updates to provide accurate advice.
