The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting INTERAMERICAN’s insurance products and services. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional client service and collaborating with teams to optimize customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Fluency in Greek and a good command of English Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to enhance sales processes
