Job Overview:
Castle King FZCO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Business Bay, Dubai, specializing in Interior Fit-Out and Design sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and generate new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and design industry
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
✅ Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
✅ Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
✅ Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
✅ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports
Qualifications
at least 2-3yrs Sales Experience.
✔ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out and design industry
✔ Strong negotiation, customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
✔ Familiarity with the UAE market and industry trends
✔ Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Salary starting at 3,000+incentives
Hybrid Work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
