JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in interior fit-out project sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–6 years of proven sales experience in the UAE’s interior fit-out or joinery industry.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiar with local market practices, regulations, and client expectations.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, project managers, and real estate professionals.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to gather project requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare and submit technical proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Represent the company in industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
